As promised, hiiiii, I'm Ola Kowalska (yeah, it's Polish)

I’m a transformational business coach (I coach people not their businesses), a soul strategist, a business therapist and ex-language teacher who built a 6-figure coaching brand supporting educators to build aligned, profitable businesses.
Think: group programs, evergreen funnels, big income months and definitely without the bro marketing.

But even with all that success, I realised I had outgrown the business I built. So I stopped performing, stopped scaling the wrong thing, and started again, from truth.

Now I work with bold, high-capacity entrepreneurs who are reinventing, pivoting, or creating from a deeper place.
This isn’t just strategy. It’s emotional, creative, transformational work.
We build offers that feel alive. We sell without shape-shifting. We lead from self-trust, not scripts.

I’m a pink-loving Gemini with ADHD, a spiritually-curious mum to a neurodivergent son, married to an autistic husband, so I’ve built a life (and business) around nuance, intuition, and not telling people what to do. I actually am obsessed with my own business and treat it as my happy place when life gets hard.

What I bring to the table: big ideas, grounded strategy, deep listening, and permission to build what actually feels good.
