Who’s behind this?

I’m Ola Kowalska (yep, Polish). A transformational business coach, chief business experimenter, and a truth teller.

I built one six-figure coaching business that felt a bit like a dress rehearsal.

In this one I coach brilliant humans who are tired of building businesses that don’t feel like home. This diary is my way of walking my talk and letting you in on all of it.

Personally? I'm Polish (without the vodka obsession) a colourful Gemini with ADHD (obvs), a language enthusiast, a mum and wife in a neurodivergent AF family where we literally break out of all the societal norms daily. Oh, and I have the cutest sausage dog!

Why now?

Because I’m building something that’s too real to wait until it’s done to talk about.

Because £100k isn’t the goal.
Doing it with joy, clarity, and audacity is.
